Ask a dive watch fan to list some of the most iconic watches and they are sure to name a couple of Seiko and probably a Rolex Submariner or Sea-Dweller. There’s a couple of standout favourites from the Rolex stable for us at ChronoDivers – the Rolex Submariner SMURF and Seiko SKX models. So we thought – let’s make a hybrid homage that’s a tribute to BOTH the Seiko SKX and the Rolex Submariner. That’s what we have here – the ChronoDiver CD200SMURF with it’s blue ceramic bezel and chapter ring, Super-LumiNova C3 lume on the Mercedes hands and dial indexes all housed in an SKX styled case. Inside you’ll find the bomb proof Seiko (Sii) NH35A Automatic movement for years of trouble free time-keeping.
Guaranteed Water Resistant : All our watches are static pressure tested to 200m (20 Bar). In horological terms this means they can be worn for scuba diving / free diving. However – in our opinion – static testing is not representative of real world conditions. For this reason, we guarantee all our watches for swimming, snorkelling, sailing, surfing etc. but NOT scuba diving.
